Product Description

Fixed Temperature Automatic Tap

The Severn Sensor tap is preset with a fixed temperature, ensuring the water temperature is suitable and safe for hand washing. Fixed temperature automatic taps are ideal for schools or homes with children, as the temperature of the water cannot be increased to where scalding or burns become a risk.

No Touch Operation

The waterflow is activated simply by the user placing their hands underneath the tap. By eliminating any contact with the tap, the spread of bacteria that can cause illness is prevented as often tap handles are an area prone to the build up of nasty bacteria and viruses.

Brass Construction

The tap is manufactured from brass and chrome plated for its modern shape and finish. It is fitted with an adjustable sensor so the point at which the water activates can be adjusted to suit children for example as well as being fitted with long term protections including anti blocking needles and a removable and washable strainer to avoid blockages.

**NIGHTMARE DELIVERY SERVICE** Let me explain, the company they use (DX) kept telling me they could not locate our property. Everyday at the same time I would have the same notification to say unable to locate the address. I knew this was a false statement because I had been home on every single so called "attempt". This went on for 9 days in total!!! 9 day's, when you are informed it is next day delivery you don't expect to wait 9 days. I tried to contact DX who were only online or automated contact so it made it impossible for me to speak to a human. I finally spoke to someone after a while and they just said they couldn't help and to contact the seller. Angry and upset the customer service team at W.R.H suffered a bit. However they were very sorry for all the grief and issues that had been caused so they sorted it all immediately. I had a replacement tap delivered the next day on a morning delivery AND I had a call from DX management apologising for the issues with my first delivery. I was so thrilled when Washroomhub resolved my problems, they were kind and professional and nowadays you don't often get this help or support from a company. Due to how quickly the issues were sorted after my complaint it was fantastic. I will purchase from Washroomhub again but if I have any issues I will be sure to contact them before DX. The taps looks smart and works really well. We are renovating so I will need to purchase more in the future. Thank you. J Walsh.
